Who we are
Avenida Labs helps Shopify brands grow through AI visibility and placement in local stores. Contact: kobi@avenida-labs.com.
What we collect
- If you email us: your name, email address, store link and whatever you write to us.
- If we email you first: business contact details we found in public sources, such as your store's website, contact page or public business directories: company name, store URL, a business email address and, where public, a contact name.
- On this website: no cookies and no tracking pixels. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visit counts.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to deliver the free check you ask for, and to contact businesses about services relevant to them. For business outreach we rely on our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to stop, or at most 24 months after our last contact. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use service providers to run email (Google Workspace) and to host this site (Cloudflare). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us contacting you, by emailing kobi@avenida-labs.com or replying "unsubscribe" to any email. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
